Become a volunteer

At Studenterhus Århus you can be a volunteer in The International Group or in The Bar Group as a bartender. It might be useful next time you are applying for a job, as future employers like to see, that you have a talent for organizing and have skills other than just studying. If you do a good job as a volunteer, do not hesitate to ask us to write you a recommendation.

Who can become a volunteer

Anyone can become a volunteer. That means, that you do not actually have to be a student. You just have to be committed in Studenterhus Århus, in meeting new and exciting people and in communicating ideas and thoughts.
 

The Bar Group

Do you think you serve the best beers and mix the coolest drinks? Then join us at the bar! Here you learn what customer service is all about, to stay cool in stressing situations and to work together as a team.
All new voluteers get a bar course and we expect you can cover at least 3 shifts a month.
 

The International Group

As you are an international student, wouldn't you be one of the best to plan and carry out events for other international students? If the answer is yes, then join the group and be a part of introduction programmes for new international students, International Night at Pakhuset and outings and parties during your semester.

At Studenterhus Århus we expect, that you as a volunteer is committed, responsible and have the will to make a change.
