Do you need a bike during your stay in Denmark?

At the studenthouse You can rent a bike, so You can cross the city for free. The bikes all have 3 gears, locks and bagcarrier.

You can rent a bike for only 650,- kr. for 1 semester.

Deposit is 600,- kr.

When You rent the bike You only pay the 1250,- kr., when You turn the bike back in after the time of rental you get the 1250,- d.kr. minus the rent back.
Meaning:

When You pick up the bike
- You pay 1250,- kr.
When You return the bike
- You get 600,- kr. back.

Terms of rental

Maintenance during the rental period

It is the responsibility of the Lessee to maintain the bike during the rental period, and Lessee shall pay the costs to ordinary maintenance and any minor repair of the bike during the rental period which may be necessary in order to keep the bike in an ordinary good state of maintenance.

Return and damage

The bike has to be returned immediately at the end of the rental period, meaning within 3 weekdays after the end of the rental period.

The bike has to be returned in the same condition as received.

Any damage on the bike that needs to be repaired when the bike is returned is deducted from the deposit.

 
Theft/Loss

In case of theft or other loss of the bike, the Lessor is entitled to keep the remaining part of the deposit. The same applies if the bike is not returned to the Lessor immediately at the end of the rental period.
