Are you studying a Master’s in Human Resource Management, Organization, Leadership, or similar – and would you like to get hands-on experience, working with Arla’s European HR agenda? Then, you might be the one we’re looking for.
About the position
We’re looking for an intern to support HR Business Partners and the wider European HR Leadership Team with both strategic- as well as operational tasks related to our ambitious people agenda in our European commercial organisation. In this, you will work both across teams and boarders, from our Head Quarters in Viby.
- Gathering & Utilizing HR Data
- Supporting cross boarder European projects.
- Supporting the implementation of the wider people agenda, which could include competency development or talent management.
- Ad hoc support to our EU HR Leadership team with our annual HR processes
Who are you?
You are studying a relevant master’s degree and will start your internship in the autumn semester 2021 as part of your studies, where you’ll be working 30-37 hours/week.
