In Services Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), we define and manage the portfolio of products and services which bring value to our customers throughout the lifetime of their asset. The Project Management Office (PMO) is a community of project leaders in new product and service development for the Services PLM portfolio using both stage-gate and lean-agile methods.
How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a student worker who, in assistance to the Head of the PMO, will drive and improve upon our relentless improvement program and initiatives. You will be offered many exciting learning opportunities and interesting insights into the business of a globally leading technology enterprise and working across borders.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a student who is studying either at the bachelor or master’s level, in an area that is related to innovation, but we are very open in regards to your background.
We are also looking for someone who is:
- Eager to learn, ready to share your ideas, and structured in how you go about your work.
- Engaged in helping us continuously progress and improve upon our processes, routines, and capabilities.
- Independent and self-motivated while still effectively motivating, collaborating and interacting with colleagues.
The ideal candidate thrives in a global and diverse environment and must be able to bridge differences of all kinds. Especially following the covid-19 pandemic, it is important to be able to communicate and connect with people on-line, including through workshop activities. While proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, abilities in other languages, in particular Spanish, German, and Danish, will also be helpful.
