In Growth & Transformation (GT) we work to lead, drive, and implement activities to ensure the future growth and sustainability ambitions of the Service Business Unit. Our Transformation Office (GT TO), is a key function to enable the implementation of these activities – engaging with all relevant stakeholders across the Service Business Unit.

How to contribute to our vision 

For our Transformation Office team, we are looking for a self-driven Student Worker that can support our transformation and integration journey. You will be working closely with our Service Global HR team to ensure the activities handled in the Transformation Office are coordinated and aligned with the Global HR people priorities. There will also be the possibility to work on a remote basis.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a Master student, having min. 1 year left of studies, within the fields of Organization and Leadership, Change Management, Strategy or similar, but we are open regarding your background.

We are also looking for someone who is:

  • A data driven generalist, eager to learn and structured in how you go about your work.
    • Independent, reliable and self-motivated while still effectively motivating, collaborating and interacting with colleagues.
    • Analytically strong and possess good IT skills. Experience with Power BI is an advantage, but not a requirement.
       

The ideal candidate thrives in a global and diverse environment and must be able to bridge differences of all kinds. Especially following the covid-19 pandemic, it is important to be able to communicate and connect with people remotely. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Abilities in other languages, such as Spanish and Danish, will also be helpful.
