How to contribute to our vision
As Working student Project Portfolio Management, you will be supporting Senior Portfolio managers and Portfolio architects in developing and operating the new Project Portfolio architecture to manage the portfolio of R&D projects. Specifically, you will:
- Clean up and maintain master data, ETL (extract, transfer, load) of data to our portfolio management systems, especially power BI
- You will support the preparation and execution of roll-out activities related to portfolio implementation, e.g. prepare PowerPoint presentations, trainings, portfolio handbook, change management plans etc
- Analyze data, support the preparation of scenarios and summarize insights in reports and power point presentations for Senior management
- Provide administrative support with department meetings and the design of various SharePoint sites
- Provide project management support to Project managers responsible for implementing the modular organization structure, R&R and processes definitions
- Organize meetings and post-prepare them
- Complete Ad-Hoc and recording tasks, provide hands on support to the Portfolio team
You are an automation and digitalization enthusiast and as such actively contribute to digitalization and improvement initiatives. Please be aware that we would like you to attend in person at the office a minimum of 1x per week.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or equivalent, with preferably 2 years still left of your studies. You have an analytical mindset, clear thought process and structured way of working in Business Intelligence, Project Portfolio Management, Data Analytics, R&D or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with the ability for you to:
