How to contribute to our vision

As our new working student, you will be a part of an international team in the HR department, where teamplay matters.

You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Able to work independently with own tasks and project related tasks
  • Support your HR S colleagues with various reporting tasks, both ad hoc and periodic reporting
  • Ensure that tasks and information material are properly documented
  • HR data quality checks
  • Data entry into HR System


What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Sciences, Business Intelligence or similar. It is preferred if you have at least 2 years left of your studies.

We are looking for someone who can support us in the HR Services area with various tasks in relation to data management and reporting. You will have a wonderful opportunity to work in a global company and to be part of an international team.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Knowledge about change management and related communication tasks
  • To be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and comfortable working with details
  • A structured and organized approach to your tasks and a high-quality orientation
  • To be a good communicator and like working with others
  • Excellent excel skills
  • To be process and system oriented
  • Good English writing and speaking skills


The ideal candidate is well organized in his/her approach to work, is thorough and a logical thinker who pays attention to detail.

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 2 times a week.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
