How to contribute to our vision
As our new working student, you will be a part of an international team in the Plant Brande Department, where teamplay matters.
You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Data analysis & management reporting
- Reaching out to a variety of different stakeholders
- Different ad-hoc analysis & profitability calculations related to controlling
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration, Business Management (or similar).
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
- Excellent IT skills using the Office Package (Especially Excel is essential)
- Great English skills both written & spoken
- Comfortable in reaching out to both internal & external stakeholders
- To know how to prioritize your given tasks, and you take responsibility for your work
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- A curious individual who wants to learn & improve within a multicultural team
Beware, we are looking for a student, who can work with the hybrid model, but we do expect you to come in to the office once in a while.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
