Become a part of the success in your new team in our HR Transformation & Development

As an intern at Terma, you will be part of a company with a lot of engaged, knowledgeable and international employees, where technology, innovation, strategy, and continuous improvements are a driving factor in everything we do. In our HR Transformation & Development team, we support the business regarding onboarding, employee engagement, employee development and training. Here your role will primarily be in relation to our Terma Academy where we plan and administrate courses and onboarding globally in Terma.

Your projects and responsibilities will include:

  • Internal communication regarding courses and campaigns
  • Tasks regarding global onboarding processes
  • Training administration
  • Support in various tasks within learning & development

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for an intern currently studying at bachelor’s or master’s level within Education Science, Business Administration, Communication, HR or other relevant fields. In addition, you have:

  • A can-do attitude and are motivated by converting your theoretical knowledge into practice
  • The ability to work with different tasks simultaneously and are self-driven
  • An eye for details
  • A positive attitude and see yourself as a team player
  • The ability to deliver effective results, meet deadlines and targets
  • A creative mind
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English


The key points to success as an intern are to show commitment, work with passion both in groups and independently, an outgoing and proactive personality, curiosity, as well as a showing initiative in the daily work. You solve your tasks within deadlines and with strong focus on quality and detail, of course in close cooperation with your colleagues. You work in a structured manner, make things happen and identify and deal with issues proactively. You are a good communicator and understand the importance of cross-functional cooperation.
