08 feb Danish Crown: HR Intern
Are you studying a master’s degree, and do you want to get a solid foundation for a future career in HR? Would you like to leave your mark on Danish Crown’s future HR agenda? Then you might be the HR-intern that we are looking for.
You will become part of the HR function, supporting the biggest business unit in Danish Crown. We support leaders and employees across the business with the entire HR-palette, and we have the overall responsibility for implementing and keeping the annual HR cycle in mint condition in close collaboration with the business. In our function we have a large degree of flexibility, an informal culture, and we value helping each other in reaching ambitious goals.
We are curious about the latest HR-trends and ways of working and are on the lookout for ways to improve our current practices. We therefore look forward to being inspired by you.
Gain experience with the entire HR-palette
It is important for us that once you finish your internship with us, you have gained a substantial level of experience and business understanding. Therefore, you will participate as a natural part of the daily work in HR, while also being responsible for your own projects, which we of course adjust according to your areas of interest and competences.
Examples of projects by former interns:
- Setting up a best practice for working with engagement survey results.
- Creation of campaigns to improve interest in development initiatives at our production sites.
- Development of a Toolbox for leaders to work with High Potential employees.
- Preparing communication of employee survey.

You are currently studying your master’s degree. Besides that, it is important that you:
- Are curious by nature and eager to learn from the HR-world
- Are structured and accountable in your way of working
