Our team is based in Denmark and is responsible on project documentation topics. We are on a daily basis in contact with Project Managers and colleagues from production. We have a good collaboration to other regions and businesses for a continuous knowledge exchange. Internally we have a good teamwork and support each in our tasks. 

How to contribute to our vision

We collect all documentation, which are required for our customer and our products. We make a quality check on all documents and check if it fits into the project logic. This responsibility is also added to the interfaces, which are directly connected to these documents. 

We are continuously improving our internals tools and developing our process to be always up to date on our processes and interfaces.

Your tasks in this position will be:

  • Administration of costumer documentation overview on different projects
  • Organize documentation according to required structure 
  • Administration of internal documentation
  • Internal report preparation
  • Support of site documentation workflow in IT System
  • Creation of standard documentation

What you need to make a difference

You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on Bachelor or Master level (please attach proof of enrollment). 

You are an advanced user of MS office and have a flair for IT systems. 

As a person you are a team player, self-driven and well-structured, and you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
