How to contribute to our vision
Your role in quality specifically will give you a great overview of our large project portfolio but will also give you the chance to dive into individual projects. This is a role that will provide you with valuable knowledge, where you will be able to take responsibility for your tasks and develop your skills within project management, quality and international relations.
You will be working in a dynamic team with various responsibilities. Some of the main responsibilities are preparation of documentation and presentations, preparation of meetings, workshops and creating overviews of project KPI’s. You will be maintaining our intranet and its content and support of our system compliance, so it is important that you can work in a structured manner. A lot of your time will be used on supporting individual projects in Offshore Sales and in the Project engineering organization, and there will be both external and internal communication with stakeholders. There will be other ad hoc tasks as well, based on your skills and capacity.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a person with a high drive to make a change. You naturally take ownership of your tasks, and work proactively to solve any issues you might find. You are great with numbers and have a flair for spotting errors. We expect that you have at least two years left of your studies, on either a Bachelor or master’s level. It is an advantage if you have worked with KPI’s or any analytical system, but a willingness to learn is what matters the most. You have excellent communication skills, and you are practically fluent in English. You are great at keeping deadlines and always plan your time accordingly. Finally, you have a go-getter attitude and you are willing to take responsibility.
