The strategy team

In the last decade, Kvadrat has been on an impressive growth journey with two-digit growth rates, establishing itself as a true global premium textile brand. The Strategy & Sustainability team supports the CEO Anders Byriel and the Senior Management team on this continuous journey by developing and executing the group strategy and by driving strategic projects. We are a small, but diverse team with in-house consultancy experience that value teamwork, personal development, and results. 

The workplace is situated at our HQ in Ebeltoft, but remote working is also frequently used in the team.

Being part of the strategy team 

As a student analyst you will play a key role in assisting on strategic projects and operational process optimization in a highly entrepreneurial organisation. Your primary role will be to assist on strategic projects with data analysis, but also support on C-level presentations for e.g., workshops, steering committees, and senior management meetings, as well as helping on daily coordinating tasks.  

Moreover, you will be using your problem-solving skills to solve real-life business problems in collaboration with the rest of the strategy team. Over time, you will also be responsible for driving your own workstreams in projects and working with stakeholders across several continents. After your graduation, there will be an opportunity for permanent employment in the strategy team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who is excited by the opportunity to learn and support the strategic agenda of a value-driven and international company. It is not necessary that you are an expert in textiles – much more important is, that you are curious and are eager to learn.

We have the following requirements to you as an applicant:

Master student with a proven academic record within Business, Economics, Finance, or the like.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – preferably also Microsoft PowerBI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to start after the summer holiday, but no later than September 2021.
