For our Digital Engineering & Modularization team based in Brande/Denmark, we are looking for an energetic and adaptable Student Worker to join our diverse and international team. You will be working with a variety of administrative tasks, our SharePoint and material preparation for team communication.
How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Working Student to join our Digital Engineering & Modularization team and besides being an active part of the team, in this role, you will take part of tasks to:
- Support the development and roll our internal team communication strategy
- Structure and maintain informative and easily navigated SharePoint and Team sites
- Preparation and maintenance of training materials and communication templates supporting our technology design processes and tools
- Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in business administration management, information management, communications or related educations and have minimum 2 years left of your education. To be successful in this role, you:
- Are an effective and confident communicator and listener
- Are able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week – the working hours can be flexible and arranged around your university schedule
- Have a flair for navigating through different IT systems and have experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
- Are flexible an able to work both independently and as a team player
- Write and speak fluent English
