How to contribute to our vision
As our new working student, you will organize and prepare several regular communication events in both the Offshore Project Management and Package Management organizations. You will also support the management team of the WTG Package organization with set-up and maintenance of their Sharepoint sites and a number of ad-hoc tasks.
To do so, you will interact with a large number of stakeholders across the SGRE Offshore organization, both the management team and team members. You will learn how the Project Management and WTG Package Management works in our Offshore organization and contribute to our success by helping us deliver clear communication and communication tools.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) and who has a minimum 2 years left of your education. If you would like to write your thesis on a topic related to SGRE, we will be happy to support you.
To be successful in this role, you:
- First and foremost, are open, outgoing, organized, and have a can-do attitude
- You are comfortable interacting in a highly international environment
- Are interested in making a real contribution to improving how we execute our projects and you thrive in supporting others
- Conclude your tasks on time, accurately and in high quality and have proven to be a reliable team player
- Have a talent for visualizing information and you have experience and an interest in making good Powerpoint slides
- Possess excellent communication skills in English – both orally and in writing
- Experience with other MS Office applications and Sharepoint creation is a plus
