In the HR team, we focus on contributing to Kamstrup’s ambitious goal of ensuring clean water and energy for as many people as possible. As an employer branding intern, you will become part of a young and dynamic team with talented colleagues to spare with. Moreover, you will be part of a fast-paced environment, where an ambitious and professional approach to tasks is essential. As an intern in the team, you will get to work on an equal level with your colleagues while being responsible for your own tasks. We, therefore, guarantee a challenging internship with a steep learning curve.

An internship with responsibility and influence
As our Employer Branding Intern, you will assist our Employer Branding Specialist with the development and implementation of Kamstrup’s strategy and processes. More specifically you will be working with employer branding on a strategic and operational level, for instance in creating professional content for social media.

You will primarily be working with:

  • Employee advocacy
  • Managing content for social media
  • Coordinating, recording, and editing videos
  • Creating job ads and participating in the recruiting process
  • Planning and coordinating different events, including career fairs, social events, and in-house company visits and tours.

 

Furthermore, you will be working with other HR-related tasks, such as onboarding processes in welcoming new employees, introduction courses, etc. thereby gaining insights into all the aspects related to the HR department.

Personality Matters
We are looking for a student with a strong communicative and structural approach to tasks while being good at maintaining a clear overview. With your professional competencies and engagement, you are keen to develop and strengthen Kamstrup’s employer brand and are therefore not afraid to challenge the status quo. We imagine that you are currently studying for your master’s degree in ex. cand.ling.merc., cand.merc. in marketing or similar. Moreover, you have a great interest in HR, branding, and strategic communication.

As a person, you are curious, and outgoing and thrive in a busy environment with many ongoing tasks and where no two days are the same. You are positive-minded and always meet our internal as well as external business partners with a smile.

As we are an international company it is a requirement that you master Danish and English – both written and orally.

You will be responsible for your own project and through that have ample opportunity to leave your mark on the project, as well as to develop both professionally and personally. You will receive thorough training and continuous sparring so that you can be on an equal footing with your colleagues in the department. Furthermore, the role is focused on transforming data into valuable insights to the business, allowing you to gain experience in communication and sell-in of facts and ideas.
