In the HR-team we are focusing on contributing to Kamstrup’s ambitious goal of securing clean water and energy to as many people as possible. As an intern in Kamstrup’s HR-team you will become part of a young, dynamic and informal team, that prioritizes flexibility, independence, and sparring. The team maintains a broad spectrum of different HR-related diciplines. New initiatives are greatly appreciated, and we guarantee an exciting and challenging internship with a steep learning curve.

An internship with a focus on recruiting and performing quantitative surveys
As an HR intern you will get hands-on experience with different aspects of HR. You will get responsibility for employee well-being and development which is given high priority at Kamstrup. Furthermore, you will be playing a central role in the recruitment of new employees which will give you great insight into the recruitment process from A-Z. In your daily work you will be in close contact with managers in all functions of the organization and proactive sparring and feedback will be a natural part of your everyday.

Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • Maintaining a high-quality recruitment process for all candidates through our recruitment platform
  • Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process and in interviews
  • Conduction of qualitative- and quantitative studies and providing the HR-team with data supported insights
  • Onboarding activities including facilitating and carrying out introductory courses and sending out welcome material
  • Recruiting new interns for fall, 2023

Furthermore, you will be working closely with our Employer Branding Intern, where you will be assisting in various fairs and company visits. You will also continuously engage in dialogue and sparring with our HR Business Partner and assist in various administrative tasks.

Personality Matters
We are searching for a responsible and structured student with an analytical mindset who wants to take part in strengthening Kamstrup’s HR processes. You are studying cand.soc, cand.merc.sol or similar. Previous experience is not a requirement, as it is more important is your attitude and your willingness to learn and challenge status quo. Having experience in Excel it is an advantage.

As a person you are dedicated, outgoing and great at communicating at all levels of the organization as well as having excellent social competencies. You can work independently but also appreciate teamwork and sparring with colleagues. Moreover, you thrive and can work effectively in a busy environment with many ongoing tasks and where no two days are the same.

As we are an international company it is a requirement that you master Danish and English – both written and orally.
