In the position as a Management System Intern, you get the opportunity to work with and support the Group Quality & Sustainability team in Kamstrup with scaling and improving the quality framework for our future strategy execution. You will become a part of a strong professional team of 23 employees, who among others work as Sustainability, Health & Safety, Quality- and/or Metrology Engineers or Specialists.
More specifically the team is responsible for company certifications/accreditations and that the global integrated management system is maintained and well implemented in an effective and value adding manner across the Business areas and functions. This includes monitoring quality performance and entails maturing and nurturing a uniform professional quality culture as well as ensuring that sustainability/ESG positioning becomes an integral part of Kamstrup way of doing business and our Quality value and brand proposition.
A position with focus on Quality Assurance activities and Management System implementation
In cooperation with the Management System Specialist, you will have a key role in supporting the whole organization in simplifying, restructuring and implementing a global, integrated quality management system fit for both today as well as the future. You will support the Management System Specialist with both strategic and operational tasks.
More specifically, your primary work tasks include to:
- Support the Management System Specialist with the development and implementation of a new integrated management system structure and content.
- Plan, support and prepare materials and participate in Management System Project meetings and prepare summary.
- Prepare and improve quality documentation
- Prepare monthly communication to the organization regarding the Integrated management system.
- Support, prepare, organize and conduct management system training.
Your personality is important to us
We are looking for an ambitious student who wants to gain experience within project management and who has a strong drive and theoretical knowledge that will contribute to strengthen and develop Kamstrup’s Integrated Quality Management System. You are currently attending a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within Economy & IT, Global Business Engineering Cand.Merc.IT or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in supporting and working with the implementation of a global management system.
As a person, you are outgoing and good at creating relations across the organization. It is therefore essential that you hold good communicative skills. As you will support the Management System Specialist with both strategic and operational tasks, you must be structured by nature. It is likewise important that you are able to take on a holistic approach toward tasks. Furthermore, you thrive in a busy work environment and are good at keeping an overview. Finally, you are an experienced user of the MS Office Tools.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently.
