How to contribute to our vision
As our new working student, you will be a part of an international team in the Strategy and Portfolio Department, where teamplay matters.
You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Provide administrative support with department meetings
- Help to create slides for different reporting purposes.
- Provide support for different managers for different improvement projects
- Organize meetings and post-prepare them
- Complete Ad-Hoc and recording tasks, provide hands on support to the Stragegy & Portfolio Department
- Organize meetings and the required material for those meetings to be succesful
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s with preferably 2 years left of your studies) in Business administration, Communication (or similar). If you have another educational background, but have acquired working knowledge of administrative supportive tasks, we encourage you to apply.
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Working knowledge of administrative supportive tasks, including meeting setups
- Strong skills using PowerPoint to create clear presentations
- Great communication skills using different channels (Yammer, Newsletters, etc.), and great English both spoken and written
- To have a future project manager inside you, who wants to use their skills among an international team
- To want to learn new things and develop your skills, and you are proactive and collaborative in your approach to work
Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 1 times a week at the beginning, with more flexibility later on.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
