Most of our student workers do their master projects in collaboration with us and are often offered full-time employment afterwards.
As a student worker, your responsibilities will be to design, work with, and improve our tools framework under one of our experienced engineers’ supervision. You will scope, plan and develop tools, e.g., for postprocessing aeroelastic simulations and assessing field data. You should also expect to become a point-of-contact for collecting feedback from the team and support them when needed. You may also be tasked with supporting the team with other work, e.g., improving documentation.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in their 1st year of M.Sc. program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development or similar at a recognized Danish University with practical experience.
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
- Eager to learn, good-spirited, love to collaborate with a team and are ready to take on tasks independently
- Driven by a desire to improve and make a change
- Experienced MATLAB & Python programmer
- Experienced with Automated Testing Frameworks, DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Development) on GitLab/Azure
- Familiar with Software Design Patterns and Architecture
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git or Mercurial
- Comfortable with LaTeX
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
We expect that you can work 1-2 days per week. Periods with more work can also be agreed on as long as it does not interfere with your studies.

You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
