How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Project Coordination Department.
The Project Coordination department is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project execution team on internal and external daily project business topics. The Project Coordinator sets up and maintains a correspondence system for the execution project, supports in administrative and project-related IT programs, guides in process excellence performance on the project. The Project Coordinator establishes and drives Lessons Learned culture in the execution project.
You will be working on execution projects in close collaboration with the Project Coordinator assigned for the project. Furthermore, you will support on administrative, correspondence and project IT tool related tasks for the execution project team.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Support the project coordinator in importing the contract into our contract management software and conducting quality checks. Provide first-level software support to the project team members (maintenance of the access rights, adjustment of compliance objects, importing changes)
- Support the project coordinator in maintenance of the project correspondence log – registration of the communication, maintenance of the communication matrix
- Support preparation of monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding of new project team members
- Provide access and necessary guidance in project related IT tools
- Support the preparation of internal and external project workshops
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s) with at least 2 years left of their studies. What you study is not that important, what we are looking for is an individual who will fit our team.
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
- Confident working with Microsoft Office applications
- A keen interest in and quick user of IT systems is considered a plus
- Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
- Attentive to details and well-structured
- Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Beware, we are looking for a student, who can work 15-25 hours a week. We offer more flexibility around your exams. We expect you to work at least 1 time a week at the office in Vejle.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
