How to contribute to our vision 

We are looking for a service minded and self-driven student worker with ownership attitude for our Technology Tower & Foundation organization. The student worker will have a close cooperation with and hands-on access to the Tower & Foundation leadership team. This is a great possibility to learn from the leaders.

The student worker will be responsible for facilitating the Management meeting cycle and ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and implementation of strategic topics across Tower & Foundation department. Additionally, you will provide the leadership team with hands-on support with admin tasks and documentation management.

Your responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Facilitate Management meeting cycle – support with agenda planning, report and content creation, MoM and action item follow up
  • Organize and drive monthly strategic meetings, including content management and communication with meeting participants
  • Facilitate and implement cross-team communication planning using various tools and channels
  • Provide professional support with structuring verbal information, collecting and analyzing data, preparing necessary documentation
  • Provide hands-on support for the leadership team
  • Complete ad-hoc and reoccurring tasks on business or organizational development fields independently 


What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

To be successful in this role: 

  • You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of business administration, economics, human resources management, organization development, strategy, leadership, or similar fields
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
  • You take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are executed in timely and efficient matter while providing hands-on support
  • You have a bright, business-driven mind boosted by a common-sense approach
  • You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills


As a person you are proactive, structured and detail orientated. You are outgoing, positive and enjoy providing efficient support to those around you. You possess strong communication and presentation skills and excellent English skills in speaking as well as in writing. Danish language is not required. Furthermore, you thrive in a multicultural environment.

Beware, we are looking for a student, who can come into the office 2 times a week. The student worker will work both on-site in the Vejle office and remotely depending on the needs of the department. The expectations are to work 20-25 hours per week spread on 3-4 days, and the schedule is flexible to accommodate the student’s academic commitments.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
