We are looking for a self-driven student worker to support our Finance team in Brande.

Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

We imagine that you have strong IT-skill sets and are willing to contribute actively to the process of our Financial Reporting and proactive initiatives. You like to think strategic and outside the box, to create the best possible solution together with our Real Estate Team and our Finance Team.

Your responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Validation of almost all our invoices that are booked on framework purchase order. Controlling if gross amount, net amount, VAT, and misc. tax receive.  are booked correctly in our system.
  • Invoice/Purchase Order/Capital Expenditure Orders creation
  • Vendor reconciliation and invoice reconciliation
  • Mail correspondence with suppliers, Account Payable Team, Finance in general and Public Authorities when applies 
  • Support our BA (Controller) : Monthly  follow up on Cost Expenditure vs Budget/Forecast , based on Cost report per Real Estate Category
  • Various other ad-hoc tasks


What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s) in Finance, Economics (or similar. Please attach your transcript from your university as well as your CV.

To be successful in this role, you need/are: 

  • Working knowledge using Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Power BI is a plus, but it is not a strict requirement
  • You thrive in a multicultural environment and master high-level English in writing and speaking
  • A good communicator who feels comfortable reaching out to a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive an analytical mind
  • To deliver careful and quality work


Beware, we are looking for a student worker who is able to come into the office in Brande 2-3 times a week

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
