How to contribute to our vision 

We are looking for a self-driven Intern to support and execute in our RNA Engineering Manager team, working in offshore execution projects as technical project managers in Vejle (RNA= Rotor Nacelle Assembly).

Being an Intern in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities, technical wind turbine knowledge and technical project management skills. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Following an experienced technical project manager and supporting on project deliverables.
  • Participating in project meetings internally in the company and externally with client in execution project.
  • Joining the daily operation and meetings with the department.
  • Executing and implementing an internal improvement project within the department.
  • Building up technical knowledge about the mechanical functionalities in Blades, Hub, Generator and Backend to be able to work in the execution projects.


What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university on mechanical engineering or similar studies. Please attach your transcript from your university as well as your CV and motivational letter.

To be successful in this role, you need/are: 

  • An advanced user of MS Office and have a flair for IT systems in general.
  • Interested in understanding technical project management and the functionality of a wind turbine.
  • An excellent communicator and are fluent in English, both written and verb.
  • A team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured.


Beware, we are looking for an intern who can come into the office in Vejle a minimum of 4 times a week.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong results-driven and customer-oriented approach. The internship will be paid and will follow the timing of the standard intern periods of the engineering studies.

Applications will be assessed from the 30th of April until the 3rd of May.

Interviews will be held in the period between the 8th and the 15th of May.
