Developing a method to support retention of highly qualified internationals in Scandinavia
Studenterhus Aarhus is part of the project Work Without Borders.
Purpose: Strengthening the efficiency and inclusiveness of the labour market and improving access to quality employment by developing social infrastructure and promoting the social economy through retention of internationals.

Short description: The project’s objective is to test and develop a method that can support the retention of international talent across regional borders, based on the journey of international talent with a focus on activities that can bridge the gap between international talent and the business community. By establishing a strong partnership between educational institutions, business organizations, and private and public actors in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, we will develop a method that can be used across different types of organizations and nations.

Studenterhus Aarhus role: As the Lead Partner of the project, we have an overall responsibility for project implementation, as well as acting as liasion between partners and programme secretariat.
Duration: September 2025 – August 2028
