Borrow a room

Students hosting events for their classes, programmes or for student groups or organisations can borrow our rooms for free. We’ll handle the bar and the cleaning – all you need to bring is the guests and the party!

We need as much information about your event as possible. However, it is mandatory that you include the following:

date of the event
expected duration of the event
anticipated number of participants
name, phone number and email address for a contact person of the event

Please note that the event must have a minimum of 50 participants.

All you have to do is to send an e-mail to event@studenterhusaarhus.dk. You are also welcome to contact our event manager, Ronja Salling, at +45 61605228. We’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as we can.
