Secondhand Bazar is Studenterhus Aarhus’ secondhand market for clothes, shoes, and much more. This is the place to buy and sell secondhand treats, get a great cup of coffee, and discover great gems at the tables.
Do you want a table?
In order to avoid anyone making a reservation and not showing up, it is not possible to secure a stand without buying it. If you cannot participate after buying a table, you can sell your table at the facebook event for the Secondhand Bazar.
Price: 120 DKK / 200 DKK (members/non-members of Studenterhus Aarhus)
A table is 2×1 meter. You can bring only one clothing rack pr. table.
You choose your table when you buy it, so you can see which table you have in advance. If you wish to rent a clothing rack from us, you can do so. We have 8 available racks which comes with 30 hangers each. These can be rented for 100 DKK. You select this when you buy your table. If no racks are available, this means that they are sold out.

Q:
Can there be more than one person at a table?
A:
Yes, you can be more than one person at a table, as long as you stay within the 2×1 meter pr. table.
Q:
Can I place items in front of fire exits, defibrillators etc.?
A:
It is not permissible to place items in front of fire exits, defibrillators etc. It is equally not permissible to cover signs etc.
Q:
Can I sell anything other than clothes?
A:
You are allowed to sell clothing, shoes, bags/purses, and accessories at Secondhand Bazar. You are not allowed to sell handicrafts, knick-knacks etc., no matter whether you created it yourself or not.
Q:
Can I bring my own clothing rack?
Svar
Yes, you can bring a regular sized clothing rack pr. table. If you rent a clothing rack from us, you can collect it at the entrance when you arrive.
Q:
Can I donate my clothes and other items, if I don’t sell everything?
A:
Yes, you can donate clothes and other items to charity by leaving it in the cages by the entrance when Secondhand Bazar is over.
Q:
What happens if I do not comply with the rules?
A:
We reserve the right to expel anyone who does not comply with the rules of Secondhand Bazar, and who does not follow the instructions of our volunteers and/or staff. Similarly, we reserve the right to refrain from selling tables to anyone who does not comply with the rules of Secondhand Bazar.

Can I move my table?
A:
Unfortunately, you cannot move your table. The tables are placed in accordance with the regulations provided by the fire authority.
Q:
Should I clean up after myself?
A:
Yes, you must clean up after yourself, and leave the area as it was when you arrived.
Q:
The ticket system tells me that the tables are sold out. Can I still buy a table?
A:
When the ticket system states that all tables are sold, we cannot sell you a table. We hope that you will consider buying a table at a different event.
Q:
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A:
It is not permissible to bring food or drinks to Secondhand Bazar. You can buy food and snacks in the café for the duration of Secondhand Bazar. If you are not comfortable removing yourself from your table to buy drinks or snacks, please do not hesitate to reach out to our volunteers and/or staff.
