Kickstart your Stay in Denmark

Do you want to get the best possible start to your stay in Denmark?

As an AU full-degree student you can join our one-week “Kickstart your stay in Denmark” before your semester starts.

Studenterhus Aarhus and Sprogcenter Midt host a full week programme to give you a headstart on your life in Denmark, where you will learn basic Danish, get a crash course introduction to the Danes, and explore Aarhus and all it has to offer with other students.

The Danish course will give you a basic understanding of Danish society and provide you with the necessary skills for meeting the Danes. You will learn some basic Danish vocabulary and get familiar with Danish greetings and expressions.
Every day, following the Danish course in the morning, we have a full social programme for you, where we will show you all the known and hidden gems of Aarhus, and make sure you get to know each other.
