Just like the crops in the fields continuously change, Danish Crown tirelessly refine and improve how we work, from farm to fork, to ensure good, safe food for people around the world to enjoy. Our history goes back to 1887 and the Danish cooperative movement, and responsibility towards society, our employees and our owners, the farmers, is quite simply in our genes. As a global leader in sustainable meat production, we have big obligations; not just to deliver, but to explore new opportunities.

We believe in the future

Danish Crown has begun a sustainability journey with a desire to make Danish Crown the world’s most sustainable and successful meat producer. The new strategy is called Feeding the Future, by which we want to move Danish Crown even closer to customers and consumers. Additionally, the new Feeding the Future strategy, will focus on reducing the carbon footprint of meat and use this as a foundation for increasing earnings on the Group’s products. The journey is long, and it will take time to transform the entire value chain for one of the world’s largest meat producers with nearly 7,000 owners and farmers.

Future leaders

To succeed with our Feeding the Future strategy, we need a strong pipeline of high potentials that can develop and direct our strategy. With our Graduate Programme, we build the experience and develop the skills it takes to become a future leader, project manager or even to fill a role that may not exist today in our constantly evolving group of companies.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to meet your individual interests, ambitions, and goals. The programme focuses on developing your leadership and project management skills, while fostering your talent and guiding your career path.
